What does the price of a business (fonds de commerce) include?+
The lease rights, the clientele, the brand, the equipment and sometimes the licence. The premises themselves are not included unless stated.
Why does extraction matter so much?+
Without a compliant extraction duct you cannot cook on site. It is often the first criterion that drives the value of a restaurant in Paris.
Are the map locations exact?+
No: out of discretion towards sellers, properties are placed at district level. The address is shared before the visit.
